PRODUCTION IN TÜRKİYE
Custom-moulded single-dose packaging
Snappax produces custom moulds to develop single-dose pack shape, dimensions and cavity layout around customer requirements. The products on this site are illustrative applications; your choice is not limited to the pictured shapes or fillings. Packaging production and filling are planned in Türkiye (Turkey) for each project.

What can be customised?
Outer contour, reservoir and opening mechanism are designed together. Bear, leaf, shell, star and bottle shapes are starting examples. Your own brand form, a product silhouette or a different geometry can also be assessed.
Every requested design is reviewed for manufacturability and product compatibility. Narrow areas, sealing surfaces and the opening zone affect use and production conditions.
| Variable | Project decision |
|---|---|
| Shape and dimensions | Outer cut, size and handling |
| Cavities | Shape, count and fill quantity per cavity |
| Opening | Centre fold, peel-off lid or break-off tip |
| Film and colour | Compatible material; opaque or transparent presentation |
| Printing | Logo, product information, colours and usage sequence |
The production process
First, we assess the filling, target dose, opening method and estimated quantity. A custom mould and sample are then developed for the shape and cavity. Sample assessment considers dispensing, sealing and handling.
Film, artwork and filling preparation follow the approved structure. Production, inspection and dispatch are planned with the technical scope. Before sample approval, a single image does not replace a finished production specification.
- Share the product and intended use.
- Develop the shape, mould and sample together.
- Assess material, opening and filling.
- Plan production around the approved scope.
Separate products in one pack
Alongside single-cavity products, connected structures with two, four or another number of cavities can be assessed. Examples include four separate sauces beneath a common lid or sequential care products in separate doses.
Compartment separation, sealing areas, shared or sequential opening and filling of each product are defined in the project. A multi-cavity appearance does not mean that all formulas can be mixed together.
What is needed for a quotation?
A sketch, existing packaging photograph or usage video helps explain the intended form. Start by sending Snappax your product and requirements; you do not need a completed mould drawing beforehand.
Minimum quantity, mould scope, price and lead time depend on size, material, printing and filling. The site does not publish one universal weight, minimum order or price list for every product.
- Product to be filled and target dose
- Desired outer shape and opening motion
- Single / multiple cavities and usage sequence
- Artwork, estimated order and delivery expectations
Questions about this format
Can I request a shape outside the catalogue?
Yes. Snappax develops different shapes, dimensions and cavity layouts with custom moulds around your requirements. Images are examples; manufacturability and product compatibility are assessed through sampling.
Is Snappax a fold-to-open card manufacturer or only a design service?
Snappax provides single-dose packaging development, production and filling within the project scope. Folded cards, thermoformed cups and break-tip ampoules are separate structures; we select the suitable format with you.
Can the same shape be used for food and cosmetics?
The same outer form can be assessed for different applications. Materials, filling and usage conditions for food and cosmetics are evaluated separately; a shared shape does not establish identical technical compatibility.
Can you produce transparent and coloured alternatives?
Transparent options that show the product and coloured / opaque alternatives can be assessed for the project. Appearance is selected alongside compatible film and printing.
Where do I start for my own brand?
Send Snappax your product, target fill quantity, estimated volume and preferred opening method. Share a reference if available; we can define custom moulds, sampling, printing and filling together.
