How does a folded honey card work?
A thin semi-rigid backing is combined with a flexible product reservoir. Support the opposite ends of the card and press its centre to fold it into equal halves along the straight centre line. Squeezing the folded reservoir dispenses the contents downward through the opening at the midpoint beneath the fold. The lid is not peeled and the card is not folded diagonally.
Sample assessment considers product flow and dispensing behaviour as well as fill quantity. A photograph does not establish one universal size or weight for every product.
Four sauces under one lid
Four separate cavities can be developed in one pack body with a shared lidding film. Peeling the common lid in one motion gives access to the separate sauces. Ketchup, mayonnaise, mustard and another sauce are an example combination.
Sample assessment checks compartment separation, sealing areas and lid opening. Cavity count, fill quantity for each sauce, outer shape and colour are not limited to a fixed catalogue option.
